INFORMATION FOR PURCHASES AND LEGAL CONDITIONS
A – Introduction
“These General Conditions of Sale govern the sale of products marketed by www.uvlshop.com.
All contracts for the purchase of products concluded through the site www.uvlshop.com are governed by these General Conditions.”
B – Acceptance of the general conditions of sale
“1. The contract stipulated between UVL s.r.l. and the Customer must be considered concluded with the acceptance, even if only partial, of the order by UVL s.r.l., which reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to accept the order. Acceptance is considered tacit, unless otherwise communicated in any way to the Customer. By placing an order in the various ways provided, the Customer declares to have read all the information provided during the purchase procedure and to fully accept the general and payment conditions transcribed below.
2. If the Customer is a final consumer (natural person for purposes not related to his professional activity), once the purchase on www.uvlshop.com is completed, he will print or save an electronic copy and, in any case, keep these conditions general terms of sale, in compliance with the provisions of art. 3 and 4 of Legislative Decree n. 185/1999 on distance selling.
3. Any right of the Customer to compensation for damages or indemnity is excluded, as well as any contractual or extra-contractual liability for direct or indirect damages to persons and/or things, caused by the non-acceptance, even partial, of an order.”
C – Methods and purchase instructions
“1. The Customer can only purchase the products present in the UVL s.r.l. electronic catalog. at the time of placing the order and viewable on the website www.uvlshop.com, as described in the relevant information sheets. UVL s.r.l., reserves the right to modify the technical information of the products to adapt them to those provided by the manufacturers, without any notice.
2. Correct receipt of the order is confirmed by UVL s.r.l. by means of an e-mail reply, sent to the e-mail address communicated by the Customer. This confirmation message will contain the Date and Time of receipt of the order and an ‘Order Number’, to be used in any further communication with UVL s.r.l.
3. In case of non-acceptance of the order, UVL s.r.l. undertakes to promptly notify the Customer.
4. All prices on the site are to be understood as prices to the public and, therefore, excluding VAT. UVL s.r.l. reserves the right to change prices at any time, without notice.
5. UVL s.r.l. does not guarantee the certainty of assignment of the ordered goods in any case.
6. UVL s.r.l. in any case reserves the right to accept or refuse an order even if it is VALID in its UNDISPUTABLE JUDGMENT.”
PURCHASE INSTRUCTIONS ADD THE PRODUCTS TO THE CART
To purchase a product, select the category, choose the product and click on the “ADD TO CART” button to add the desired product to the cart, without any commitment. To change the quantity, enter the number of units of the product to be purchased and click on “UPDATE CART” to activate the change. At this point, you can decide whether to place your order by clicking on the “PROCEED TO CHECKOUT” button, or continue the purchase using the main menu of the site. At any time you can check which items have been added to your cart and eventually remove them by clicking on “SHOPPING CART”.
CART
By clicking on the cart button at the top right, you can check your shopping, change the quantity of products that have been selected or remove them from your cart. Furthermore, it will be possible to check at any time the price of the individual products and the amount of the purchase made up to now (excluding shipping costs which will be calculated automatically at the time of execution of the order based on the weight of the goods ordered). If the user is registered, he will be able to find the virtual cart at login.
ORDER
Once the cart has been filled and you have chosen to proceed with the purchase, the “PROCEED TO CHECKOUT” button will display the page for entering billing and shipping data, as well as any coupons. By clicking on “PLACE ORDER” a screen will appear in which you can choose your preferred payment method and proceed to confirm your order.
ORDER CONFIRMATION
Once the order has been placed, you will receive confirmation of the same by e-mail, which will contain the summary of the order as received by us; it is recommended to print a copy or save the text on disk.
PRICES
All the prices entered on the site, in the relative column, are to be understood as prices excluding VAT, excluding shipping costs. Prices can be changed at any time, without notice.
PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
In the product catalog published on the website www.uvlshop.com, since access and the possibility of placing orders online change the availability of the product in real time, for this reason in case of end of stock, the product will show the wording “Not available ”.
UVL s.r.l. is responsible for any damage or loss, direct and/or indirect, deriving from the sale of goods and services offered in the catalog published on our site, even for delayed and/or non-delivery of the product, or for the correspondence of the goods to the specifications published in the site, nor for any other fact not directly attributable to UVL s.r.l.
D – Methods of payment
1. Payments by checks are NOT ACCEPTED
2. Advance Bank Transfer
“In case of payment by bank transfer in advance, the ordered products are kept busy until receipt of the CRO number proving the payment. The bank transfer must be made no later than 2 days from the date of acceptance of the order. The shipment of the ordered takes place only when the actual crediting to the current account of UVL s.r.l. which must take place within 5 working days from the date of acceptance of the order, after which the order is deemed automatically cancelled.
The reason for the bank transfer must include the order identifier (order number) which is issued in the order confirmation email.

ATTENTION: insert in the description THE ORDER NUMBER, THE NAME AND THE SURNAME of the person placing the order, if these data do not correspond, the order will not be processed.
3. Credit card
No computer archive of UVL s.r.l. contains the customer’s credit card information. In no case UVL s.r.l. can therefore be held responsible for any fraudulent and unlawful use of credit cards by third parties, upon payment for products purchased on www.uvlshop.com.
E – Method of delivery
“UVL s.r.l. does not ship to Mail Boxes and to companies that provide domiciliation services.
For each order placed on the website www.uvlshop.com, UVL s.r.l. issues an invoice, for VAT holders, of the goods shipped. For the issuance of the invoice, the information provided by the Customer at the time of the order is valid. The Client raises UVL s.r.l. from any liability deriving from the issue of incorrect tax documents due to errors relating to the data provided by the Customer, the Customer himself being solely responsible for the correct insertion. No change in the invoice will be possible after it has been issued.
For private customers we issue an invoice which will be sent by email and which must be attached to the printout of the order in the reserved area.
The goods are shipped from our warehouses within 5 working days after receipt of payment.
Shipping costs will be highlighted in the order acceptance email. Payment for the goods by the customer will be made using the method chosen when placing the order.
Delivery times are generally:
– 5 to 7 days after shipment.”
“The delivery times of the goods ordered are purely indicative and may vary due to force majeure or due to traffic conditions and road conditions in general or by act of the Authority.
N.B.: No responsibility can be attributed to UVL s.r.l. in the event of a delay in fulfilling the order or in delivering the goods ordered.
Upon delivery of the goods by the courier, the Customer is required to check: a) that the number of packages delivered corresponds to that indicated on the invoice; b) that the packaging is intact, not damaged, wet or, in any case, altered.
It is also required to open an anomaly file with UVL s.r.l., by sending an email to segreteria@uvlsrl.it. Any hidden damage or anomalies must be reported in writing by email to segreteria@uvlsrl.it. In the event that the goods delivered and accepted by the customer subject to inspection are damaged, UVL s.r.l. will provide for the reintegration according to the times and amounts established by the courier or the issue of the credit note. The delay in the reimbursement is in no way attributable to UVL s.r.l., but depends solely and exclusively on the timing relating to the management of the damage practices by the carrier.”
Delivery by courier will take place from Monday to Friday. The courier makes the first delivery without notice. In the event of the Customer’s absence, the courier will try to deliver again in the following 24 hours by giving advance notice; in case of further absence, the stock will be opened by the courier and the Customer will be contacted by UVL s.r.l. with which he will define the details of the delivery and the release of the stock. If the second attempt is also unsuccessful, the goods will be returned to UVL s.r.l., with consequent cancellation of the order. Any amounts will not be credited by UVL because non-delivery not due to the activity of UVL.
DAMAGE TO INSURED SHIPPING
In the event that an insured shipment is damaged during transport it is necessary to proceed as follows depending on the case:
1) The damaged goods IS PHYSICALLY at the end user:
a) The customer must accept the goods SUBJECT to inspection; b) the customer must check the goods upon delivery. Reports received in the days following the delivery date will not be taken into consideration and in the event that it is damaged, the anomalies found must be affixed to the courier’s coupon; c) send a request to open an insurance file by e-mail with relative photos to prove the damage, reference transport document and waybill d) UVL s.r.l. will open the refund procedure with the courier.
2) The damaged goods HAS BEEN REFUSED and are PHYSICALLY at UVL s.r.l.:
a) The end customer notes on the DDT the non-acceptance of the goods that return to UVL s.r.l. b) UVL s.r.l will replenish the stock e) Subsequently UVL s.r.l. will replenish the goods or issue the credit note.
IMPORTANT: (READ CAREFULLY)
“No damage or delay in delivery is attributable to UVL s.r.l..
If the package is damaged or tampered with, please refuse the package or accept it subject to specific inspection. All reports of damage that will arrive without the control reserve will not be taken into consideration, and there will be no refund of any kind.”
F-Exercise of the right of withdrawal
“In accordance with article 52 of Legislative Decree 206/2005 and article 9 of DIRECTIVE 2011/83/EU OF THE EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT AND OF THE COUNCIL, within the framework of the right of withdrawal, the Consumer has fourteen (14) calendar days from the day of receipt (as evidenced by the postmark or the courier’s delivery note) of the product/products to return the unwanted or unnecessary product/products.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Consumer must inform UVL s.r.l. of his decision to withdraw from the contract, then request the opening of a return procedure for WITHDRAWAL with an explicit declaration via e-mail to the address segreteria@uvlsrl.it, in which he must indicate: the date of purchase and the number of the order and bank details.
The Consumer may request a replacement with another item or a refund which will be made by bank transfer or, when possible, with the same payment method used for the purchase. UVL s.r.l. you have fourteen (14) calendar days from receipt of the product(s) to make the refund. UVL s.r.l. will collect the goods, the shipping costs to return the product are charged to the Consumer and are not refundable.”
“The Consumer has fourteen (14) calendar days to inform UVL s.r.l. wishing to exercise the right of withdrawal and to obtain a return number for withdrawal from Customer Service.
NB: The Consumer must order the collection of the goods and communicate it to the e-mail address segreteria@uvlsrl.it at the latest 14 days from the date on which he communicated his decision to exercise the right of withdrawal (article 14, paragraph 1 of the DIRECTIVE 2011/83/EU OF THE EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT AND OF THE COUNCIL). UVL s.r.l. has the option to withhold the refund until the goods are received (article 13, paragraph 3 of DIRECTIVE 2011/83/EU OF THE EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT AND OF THE COUNCIL).”
IMPORTANT NOTE: The right of withdrawal applies only to goods intact and including the original package/packaging and with intact seals, and cannot be exercised for products which by their nature can no longer be resold as new.
“For correct management of the return, the Consumer must systematically indicate the order reference number and its complete contact details. After receiving and accepting the goods, and according to the nature of the item, the available stock and the consumer’s desire, the after-sales service of UVL s.r.l. will offer to exchange the item for a similar one or one of equivalent value.
Otherwise, UVL s.r.l. will make the refund using the same payment method of the initial transaction, unless the Consumer has expressly agreed otherwise and in any case, will not incur any costs as a result of this refund. The refund will correspond to the order total (item/s + shipping costs if the order consists of only one item or if all the items in the order are returned).
The company UVL s.r.l. reserves the right at its own discretion to withhold from the refund the amount for any used, damaged or incomplete products.
In case of withdrawal, the shipping costs are charged to the Consumer.”
G-WARRANTIES
“1. All products marketed by UVL s.r.l. may at UVL’s sole discretion be covered by the warranty. To use the warranty assistance, the Customer must keep the invoice (or DDT) that he will receive together with the purchased goods. This guarantee, in compliance with Legislative Decree N. 24/92, is reserved only to the holder of a VAT number. In the event of a lack of conformity, UVL s.r.l. provides for the restoration of the conformity of the product by means of replacement or reduction of the price, until the termination of the contract.
2. In the event that, for any reason, UVL s.r.l. is unable to replace a product under warranty (restored or replaced), it may proceed, with the Customer’s consent, to replace the product itself (if still in the price list).
3. No damage can be requested from UVL s.r.l. for any delays in making or substituting products”
